产教融合背景下校企合作汽车维修人才培养的初探——以苏州市电子信息技师学院为例

On the Cultivation of Automobile Maintenance Talents in the Context of School Enterprise Cooperation under the Integration of Industry and Education——Taking Suzhou Electronic Information Technician College as an example

李克强总理指出:发展现代职业教育,是提升人力资源素质、稳定和扩大就业的现实需要,也是推动高质量发展、建设现代化强国的重要举措。深化产教融合,实行校企协同,合作育人是职业教育改革的方向标,笔者根据《关于深化产教融合的若干意见》的精神,结合苏州市电子信息技师学院汽车维修专业具体案例,对产教融合背景下校企合作人才培养方案的实施过程与应对策略进行探索。

Premier Li Keqiang pointed out that the development of modern vocational education is not only the practical need to improve the quality of human resources,stabilize and expand employment,but also an important measure to promote high-quality development and build a modern power.To deepen the integration of industry and education,cooperative education are the direction targets of vocational education reform.According to the spirit of several opinions on deepening the integration of industry and education,combined with the specific case of automobile maintenance major of Suzhou Electronic Information Technician College,the article explores the implementation process and countermeasures of school enterprise cooperative talent training program under the background of industry and education integration.
