摘要 我国近些年大力支持新能源汽车行业的发展,现阶段新能源汽车已占有汽车市场的一定份额,随之而来新能源汽车的检修问题则急需解决,其中线路故障检修尤为重要。本文以吉利帝豪EV450旋变传感器故障诊断为例详细介绍新能源汽车线路检修过程中类比“望闻问切”的操作步骤,将新能源汽车线路检修流程化、规范化、系统化,从而大幅度提高线路检修的准确性、有效性。 In recent years,China has vigorously supported the development of the new energy vehicle industry.At this stage,new energy vehicles have occupied a certain share of the automobile market,and the subsequent maintenance problems of new energy vehicles need to be solved urgently,among which line fault maintenance is particularly important.This paper takes the fault diagnosis of Geely Emgrand EV450 resolver sensor as an example to introduce the operation steps analogous to "seeing,hearing,asking,and asking" in the process of new energy vehicle line maintenance to improve the accuracy and validity.
