Insulation is one of the main indicators in the high-voltage safety performance of pure electric vehicles.During the inspection and maintenance of pure electric vehicles,special insulation test instruments need to be used to test the insulation performance of high-voltage electrical system to measure whether the insulation resistance of high-voltage cables and high-voltage components to the body is within the specified value range.This paper analyzes the insulation detection principle and insulation resistance detection method,and takes the insulation fault of Chery eQ1 pure electric vehicle as an example to further analyze the insulation detection methods and precautions,so as to provide safety guarantee for the detection and maintenance of new energy vehicles.
