居民需求导向的城市社区足球场地设施规划策略研究

A Study on the Planning of Urban Community Football Field Facilities Oriented by Residents’ Needs

面向居民日益增长的体育文化需求,基于需求层次理论,运用需求差异模型梳理社区足球场地设施的公众需求要素,并初步构建指标体系。以大连市沙河口区为例,通过实地踏勘和问卷调查对社区足球场地设施所在社区居民采集研究数据,分析居民对于社区足球场地设施的需求层次及其优先满足序列,确定社区足球场地设施优化改善的重点,并提出针对性规划策略。结果显示,在39项需求要素中划分出7项必备要素、12项期望要素、11项魅力要素的基础上,进行社区居民对足球场地设施的需求属性、需求层次以及需求差异分析,使用者对于社区足球场地从场地硬件设施的需求满足向配套设施功能深化与服务内容丰富延伸、从物质空间向社会空间拓展。据此认为,居民对于社区足球场地设施的需求满足和服务匹配方面,应面向主体需求逐步完善设施配置,实施供给分层、满足差异化需求,并建立健全社区组织与运营管理。

Based on the Hierarchical Theory of Needs,this paper uses the demand difference model to sort out the public needs elements of community football field facilities and initially constructs an index system to meet residents’increasing needs for sports culture.With Shahekou District in Dalian as an example,through the field reconnaissance and survey of community facilities,and community residents to collect research data,analyze the needs of the residents for community facilities level and its priority meet sequence,determine the focus of community facilities optimization to improve the field,and put forward corresponding planning strategy.The results show that,in the 39 demand elements divided into 7 necessary elements,12 expected elements,11 charm elements on the basis of the community residents of the football field facilities needs attributes,demand hi-erarchy and demand differences analysis.The need of us-ers for community football field have moved from the field hardware facilities to deepening the functions of supporting facilities and the extension of rich service content,from ma-terial space to social space expansion.Therefore,in terms of needs meeting and service matching for community football field facilities,residents should gradually improve facility configuration,implement supply stratification,meet differentiated needs,and establish and improve community organization and operation management.
