基于Cite Space软件的我国新型建筑工业化研究进展和热点分析

Research Progress and Hot Spot Analysis of China’s new-type Building Industrialization Based on Cite Space Software

为了更加全面地了解我国建筑工业化的研究现状、热点和趋势,应用Cite Space软件并基于文献计量与知识图谱分析方法,以CNKI文献资料为数据源,对2010—2020年新型建筑工业化研究的相关文献,从发文量、研究作者、发文机构以及核心关键词等进行知识图谱分析。结果表明:近年来新型建筑工业化领域文献整体呈增长趋势,但是发文量没有明显的波动。该领域研究力量不足,研究人员、研究机构较少,且发文作者发文机构之间缺乏紧密的交流合作。该领域的研究热点主要集中在工业化、装配式、预制构件和BIM等。建筑企业、政府及研究机构需要加强合作,共同推进新型建筑工业化发展。

In order to have a more comprehensive understanding of the research status,hotspots and trends of my country’s construction industrialization,this paper uses Cite Space software and based on bibliometrics and knowledge graph analysis methods,using CNKI literature data as the data source,to study the industrialization of new buildings from 2010 to 2020 Related literature,from the amount of publications,research authors,publishing organizations,and core keywords to conduct a knowledge graph analysis. The results show that in recent years,the literature in the field of industrialization of new buildings has shown an overall growth trend,but the amount of publications has not fluctuated significantly;Cooperation lacks close communication and cooperation;The research hotspots in this field are mainly concentrated in industrialization,prefabricated, prefabricated components, BIM;Construction companies,governments and research institutions need to strengthen cooperation to jointly promote the development of new building industrialization.
