摘要
基于实际生产需求与带式输送机运动特征,设计一种支持蛇形移动的带式输送机,该输送机结构设计较为简单,包含机架、轨道、链条、带体和带片等结构,可实现物料在不同工位间的连续传递,并且在运动过程中能够克服方向偏离问题,保证物料在各工位间运输过程的平稳与安全性,能够为带式输送机结构优化设计提供参考价值。
Based on the actual production requirements and the movement characteristics of the belt conveyor, this paper designs a belt conveyor that supports serpentine movement. The structure of the conveyor is relatively simple,including racks, tracks, chains, belts, belts, etc. The structure can realize the continuous transfer of materials between different stations, and can overcome the problem of direction deviation during the movement process, and ensure the stability and safety of the material transportation process between each station. It can provide for the optimal design of the belt conveyor structure. Reference value.
