摘要 传统柴油驱动泥浆泵有着运行成本高、噪音大、污染严重等缺点。从新型500 HP泥浆泵电驱动系统的研制出发,详细阐述了主要构成设备的设计选型,将电驱动系统的零排放、低噪音、低成本等一系列优点得以体现。通过首台系统试制成功,最终实现六台电驱动系统的成功交付,该装备的研制成功为油田压裂市场低成本大规模开采提供新的装备支撑。 The traditional diesel driven mud pump has the disadvantages of high operating cost, high noise and serious pollution. From the development of the new 500 HP mud pump electric drive system, the design and selection of the main component equipment is elaborated, and a series of advantages of the electric drive system such as zero emission,low noise and low cost are manifested. Through the successful trial production of the first system and finally the successful delivery of six electric drive systems, the successful development of this equipment provides new equipment support for low-cost large-scale extraction in the oilfield fracturing market.
