摘要
提出了基于双驱高速的轻载堆垛机驱动系统,分析了其设计原理。经过实际速度测试和连续高强度运转测试表明,SEW多轴模块驱动器控制行走双电机的双驱系统达到了速度快、加速度大、定位精度高等设计要求,可在新兴产业被广泛运用。
A light-duty stacker drive system based on dual-drive high-speed is proposed and its design principle is analyzed. After the actual speed test and continuous high-intensity operation test, it shows that the dual-drive system with SEW multi-axis modular drive controlling walking dual motors achieves the design requirements of high speed,high acceleration and high positioning accuracy, and can be widely used in the emerging industry.
