基于第三方综合运营的产业联盟网络构建模式研究

产业联盟协同合作是促进区域经济和科技发展的重要途径。“政、产、学、研、资”共同组建的产业联盟能够加强战略、技术、标准、市场等沟通协作。从社会网络的视角对现有产业联盟的构建方式进行分析,提出独立第三方机构综合运营的产业联盟构建模式,深入探讨联盟网络结点间的联结强度、嵌入性、结构洞等内在特征,在此基础上提出通过第三方运营机构优化产业联盟治理模式,为构建协同高效的产业联盟提供理论依据和建议。

Industrial alliance cooperation is an important way to promote the development of regional economy and science technology. “Government,Enterprise,University,Research and Investment institution”set up the industry alliance,which can strengthen communication and cooperation of the strategic,technical,standard,market etc. From the perspective of social network,this paper analyzes the construction mode of the existing industry alliance. The paper puts forward the construction mode of industrial alliance of independent third party comprehensive operation. We will also deeply analyze the inherent structural characteristics of joint strength,embeddedness,structural holes,and refine the advantages of an independent third party integrated operation industry alliance. On this basis,the paper discusses how to optimize the governance model of industrial alliance,and to provide theoretical basis and suggestions for building a collaborative and efficient industrial alliance.
