摘要
汽蚀管是液体火箭发动机的重要零件,利用充分的汽蚀起到稳定液体流量的作用。该产品深锥孔的加工并保证粗糙度R_(a)0.8μm是加工难点。针对该难点,定制了专用加长刀具,自行设计并制造减振刀套进行加固,同时刃磨标准刀片,利用刀具自带内冷效果来提高粗糙度。实际加工结果表明,深锥孔的粗糙度高于Ra0.8,液流试验结果满足设计要求。
The vapor-etching tube is an important part of the liquid rocket engine, which plays the role of stabilizing the liquid flow by using sufficient vapor-etching. The machining of the deep tapered hole of this product and ensuring the roughness R_(a)0.8 is a difficult machining point. To address this difficulty, a special extension tool was customized, a vibration-damping tool sleeve was designed and manufactured for reinforcement, and a standard insert was sharpened to improve the roughness by using the tool’s own internal cooling effect. The research results show that the roughness of the deep tapered hole is higher than R;0.8 and the liquid flow test results meet the design requirements.
