基于SCP范式的山东省科技企业孵化器发展现状分析

Development Status of Science and Technology Business Incubator in Shandong Province Based on SCP Paradigm Analysis

近年来,山东省在优化科技企业孵化器规划布局等方面着重发力,从而使得山东省孵化器在社会网络、孵化效果等方面实现了突破。然而随着科技企业孵化器的迅猛发展,也有一些只有创业之名,却无孵化之实的孵化器,引起了社会的质疑。为了更好地推动孵化器和众创空间在山东省的发展,迫切需要对山东省孵化器的发展现状进行深入研究,基于SCP范式的理论框架,对山东省科技企业孵化器产业的市场结构、行为和绩效三个方面展开现状研究。

In recent years, Shandong Province has focused on optimizing the planning and layout of science and technology business incubators, which has made a breakthrough in the social network and incubation effect of incubators in Shandong Province. However, with the rapid development of science and technology business incubators,there are also some incubators that only have the name of entrepreneurship but have no reality of incubation, which has aroused the doubt of the society. Therefore, in order to better promote the development of incubators and maker space in our province, there is an urgent need to conduct in-depth research on the development status of incubators in our province. Based on the theoretical framework of SCP paradigm, this paper studies the current situation of science and technology business incubator industry in Shandong Province from three aspects: market structure, behavior and performance.
