摘要 凝结水泵变频运行后出现了严重的振动问题,严重影响机组安全稳定经济运行。首先阐述了立式凝结水泵的基本情况,其次分析总结了立式凝结水泵电动机变频时常见振动原因与振动问题,最后通过对火电厂立式凝结水泵全面检查、动平衡试验等措施,解决了此振动问题,有利于火电厂安全稳定经济运行。 The condensate pump has serious vibration problems after variable frequency operation, which seriously affects the safe, stable and economic operation of the unit. This article first describes the basic situation of the vertical condensate pump. Secondly, it analyzes and summarizes the common vibration causes and vibration problems of the vertical condensate pump motor frequency conversion;finally, through the comprehensive inspection of the vertical condensate pump in the thermal power plant, the dynamic balance test and other measures, Solving this vibration problem is conducive to the safe and stable economic operation of thermal power plants.
