摘要
为探讨经济可行的港作机械减排控制措施,以江苏省集装箱港区为研究对象,基于实测排放数据对集装箱拖车“油改气”开展费效分析和敏感性分析。结果表明,采取“油改气”措施后,全省集装箱拖车年均总减排量达2493.01 t;污染物中SO_(2)和PM_(2.5)的减排效果最好,减排比例分别为59.92%和56.04%;整车更换比发动机改造方式费用更低。对影响减排费用的因素敏感性分析发现:燃料价格对年均投入总费用的影响最大;考虑到设备残余价值的影响,整车更换和发动机改造成本对年均投入总费用的影响呈现出截然相反的结果。
In order to explore economically feasible port machinery emission reduction control measures,taking the container port area of Jiangsu Province as the research object,the cost-benefit analysis and sensitivity analysis of the"oil-to-gas"container trailers were carried out based on the measured emission data.The results show that after adopting the"oil-to-gas"measure,the total annual emission reduction of container trailers in the province is 2493.01 tons.Among the pollutants,SO_(2) and PM_(2.5) have the best emission reduction effects,with the emission reduction ratios of 59.92%and 56.04%respectively.The cost of vehicle replacement is lower than that of engine modification.Through the sensitivity analysis of factors affecting emission reduction costs,it is found that:fuel prices have the greatest impact on the total annual input costs.Taking into account the impact of the residual value of the equipment,the impact of the cost of vehicle replacement and engine modification on the total annual investment cost has shown diametrically opposite results.
