摘要
依托襄阳东西轴线沉管隧道项目,针对轴线干坞法管节浮运技术展开研究,提出了一种采用管面绞车换缆绞移出坞、浮运方法,并用双钢管+锚链连接的锚桩代替传统的混凝土锚块定位方案。通过对沉管浮运安装工序进行分析,探讨轴线干坞法管节浮运安装工期优化方案,为类似工程提供参考。
Based on Xiangyang east-west axis immersed tunnel project,the tunnel elements floating technology of axis dry-dock method was studied.A new method of tunnel elements undocking and floating was put forward by means of replacing cable with winch on the tunnel elements,and the traditional concrete anchor block was replaced by anchor pile of double steel tube+anchor chain connection.Through the analysis of the floating installation process of immersed tunnel elements,the time optimization scheme of floating and installation period of axial dry dock method tunnel elements was discussed,which provides reference for similar projects.
