摘要
随着大型综合码头的建设,港口工程生产效率低、信息化水平低、返工高、施工工序复杂等问题日益严重,且传统的管理模型不足以解决现存问题。在使用虚拟设计与施工(VDC)技术的实践工程中发现,VDC技术可以促使建设项目目标的高质量实现,可以有效解决目前港口工程建设过程中的诸多问题。文章结合POP模型对VDC技术进行介绍,以上海崇明岛公共货运码头为例,阐述了VDC技术在港口工程中的应用。在VDC技术应用过程中,发现结合可视化方法、不同功能软硬件等,VDC技术可以对港口工程的建设进行有效预测和控制,帮助各阶段参与方进行科学地决策,促进参与方间的沟通和协作效率,避免造成返工和变更。VDC技术通过三维可视化和专业分析,可以有效进行施工现场的模拟,其对于安全施工等起到了促进作用。
With the construction of large-scale comprehensive wharf,the problems of low production efficiency,low information level,high rework and complex construction procedures of port engineering are becoming more and more serious.The traditional management model is not enough to solve the existing problems.In the practical engineering using VDC technology,it is found that VDC technology can promote the high-quality realization of the objectives of the construction project and effectively solve many problems in the current port engineering construction process.This paper introduces VDC technology combined with POP model,and takes Shanghai Chongming Island public cargo terminal as an example to illustrate the application of VDC technology in port engineering.During the application of VDC technology,it is found that combined with visualization methods,different functional software and hardware,VDC technology can effectively predict and control the construction of port engineering,help participants in each stage make scientific decisions,promote the efficiency of communication and cooperation among participants,and avoid rework and change.VDC technology can effectively simulate the construction site through three-dimensional visualization and professional analysis,which plays a role in promoting safe construction.
