摘要
用户投诉是反映网络状态和用户感知的重要信息来源,当前通信运营商在投诉处理过程中的一个难点在于如何获取准确的投诉地点,基于网投平台,文章提出了一种处理投诉地址打标的解决方案,该方案通过将打标地址与投诉信息进行地理空间信息关联,实现了投诉原因定位分析、投诉场景分析、投诉热点区域聚类分析,以及热点投诉区域的预处理。实践表明,该应用弥补了投诉的地址信息的缺失,也为提升投诉分析处理能力指明了方向。
User complaints reflect the network status and the user’s perception of the important information source,the current communication operators in the process of complaint handling a difficulty is how to obtain accurate place of complaints,based on network platform,this paper puts forward a kind of handling complaints address the underlying solution,the solution by marking address geospatial information associated with the complaint information,The analysis of complaint cause location,complaint scene analysis,complaint hotspot cluster analysis,and the pre-processing of hot spot complaint area are realized.Practice shows that the application makes up for the lack of address information of complaints,and points out the direction for improving the ability of complaint analysis and processing.
