Optimization and Innovation of Multiple Co-governance Mechanism in Anhui Province under the Background of Governance Modernization

基于城市更新的视角,研究探讨了安徽省多元共治机制的优化与创新。城市更新对安徽省的可持续高质量发展具有重要的意义,然而关于城市更新行动的多元共治研究还相对不足。研究梳理了安徽省城市更新行动实施现状,提出在部门协作、参与基础、参与效率方面存在的困境和挑战。研究基于问题,提出了坚持规划引领,强化组织保障;调动各界力量,夯实参与基础;搭建服务平台,提高参与效率等措施建议,以期为推动城市更新的高质量发展以及安徽省多元共治机制的优化与创新提供借鉴和参考。

Based on the perspective of urban renewal,the optimization and innovation of multiple co-governance mechanism in Anhui province were studied and discussed in this paper.Urban renewal is of great significance to the sustainable and high-quality development of Anhui province,but the research on the multi-governance of urban renewal is still relatively insufficient.The implementation status of urban renewal action in Anhui province has been sorted out,and the difficulties and challenges in the aspects of departmental collaboration,participation basis and participation efficiency have been put forward.Based on the existing problems,adhere to the guidance of planning and strengthen organizational guarantee;Mobilize forces from all walks of life to consolidate the foundation for participation.To build a service platform and improve participation efficiency,these measures and suggestions were put forward,in order to promote the high-quality development of urban renewal and to provide reference for the optimization and innovation of the multi-governance mechanism in Anhui province.
