疫情防控常态化视域下《管子·度地》篇疫病防御思想研究

Epidemic Prevention Thought in The Dudi of Guanzi from the Perspective of Normalization of Epidemic Prevention and Control

以往对《管子·度地》的研究集中于其在水利和农业方面的理论贡献。在当下疫情防控常态化视域下,倘若能够充分发掘《管子·度地》篇的疫病防御思想价值,则有助于为当下防疫提供有益启示。《度地》充满了辩证、客观、科学的精神,在内容上分析了疫病产生的多种源头和扩散途径,即土壤、空气和水源;还针对不同情况提出了疫病防御的具体方案,即“五害”治理。其疫病防御思想是关乎百姓安康、社会稳定的长久之计,体现了民本思想,反映了忧患意识,彰显了战略眼光。结合当今中国在全球疫情防控中的重大贡献,探讨《度地》疫病防御思想具有现实意义。

The previous studies on The Dudi of Guanzi focused on its theoretical contributions in water conservancy and agriculture.From the perspective of normalization of contemporary epidemic prevention and control,if the ideological value of epidemic prevention in The Dudi of Guanzi can be fully explored,it will be helpful to provide beneficial enlightenment for contemporary epidemic prevention.The Dudi of Guanzi is full of dialectical,objective and scientific spirit,and analyzes various sources and diffusion ways of epidemic diseases in content,namely,soil,air and water.And according to different situations,the specific prevention schemes of epidemic diseases,that is,the treatment of“five disasters”,had also been put forwarded.The multiple thoughts of epidemic prevention in The Dudi of Guanzi are a long-term plan related to people’s well-being and social stability.These thoughts embodied the people-oriented thought,reflected the sense of hardship and highlighted the strategic vision.Combined with China great contribution to global epidemic prevention and control,it is of practical significance to explore the epidemic prevention thoughts in The Dudi of Guanzi.
