舒利迭治疗支气管哮喘患儿的临床疗效及对血清sE-SLT和sICAM-1水平及肺功能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的探究舒利迭治疗支气管哮喘患儿的临床疗效及对血清可溶性E-选择素(s E-SLT)、可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1(sICAM-1)水平和肺功能的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2020年11月本院收治的112例支气管哮喘患儿作为研究对象,采用随机抽签法分为两组,每组56例。对照组接受常规丙酸氟替卡松吸入治疗,研究组接受舒利迭吸入治疗。比较两组患儿临床治疗效果、肺功能指标和血清可溶性E-选择素(sE-SLT)、sICAM-1水平及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组临床总有效率(91.1%)高于对照组(75.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))、用力肺活量(FVC)和第1秒用力呼气量占用力肺活量比值(FEV_(1)/FVC)比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组FEV_(1)、FVC和FEV_(1)/FVC均高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组血清sE-SLT、sICAM-1水平比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组sE-SLT、sICAM-1水平均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应总发生率(1.8%)低于对照组(21.4%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用舒利迭治疗支气管哮喘患儿效果显著,可有效改善患者肺功能,降低机体血清s E-SLT、sICAM-1水平,改善血液循环,降低不良反应发生率,提高患儿治疗期间的安全性,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To explore the efficacy of seretide in children with bronchial asthma and its effect on serum soluble E-selectin(sE-SLT),soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1(sICAM-1)and pulmonary function.Methods A total of 112 children with bronchial asthma admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to November 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into two groups according to random drawing method,with 56 cases in each group.The control group received routine fluticasone propionate inhalation treatment,while the study group received seretide inhalation treatment.The clinical therapeutic effect,pulmonary function indexes,serum levels of sE-SLT and sICAM-1 and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of the study group(91.1%)was higher than that of the control group(75.0%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups of forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV_(1)),forced vital capacity(FVC)and the ratio of first second forced expiratory volume to forced vital capacity(FEV_(1)/FVC).After treatment,the levels of FEV_(1),FVC and FEV_(1)/FVC in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the study group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups of the serum levels of sE-SLT and sICAM-1.After treatment,the serum levels of sE-SLT and sICAM-1 in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the serum levels of sE-SLT and sICAM-1 in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group(1.8%)was lower than that in the control group(21.4%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of seretide in the treatment of children with bronchial asthma is effective,and it can effectively improve pulmonary function,reduce serum of sE-SLT,s ICAM-1 levels,improve blood circulation,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and improve the safety of children during treatment,which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
