阿魏酸钠对尘肺病肺纤维化患者TGF-β/Smad信号通路的调节作用研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探究阿魏酸钠对尘肺病肺纤维化患者转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)/Smad信号通路的调节作用。方法选取2017年8月至2020年9月本院收治的86例尘肺病肺纤维化患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为常规治疗组和阿魏酸钠组,各43例。常规治疗组给予常规治疗+喷雾吸入4%克矽平治疗,阿魏酸钠组在常规治疗组基础上给予阿魏酸钠片治疗,比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后血气指标及血清TGF-β、Smad1、Smad3、Smad7水平。结果阿魏酸钠组治疗总有效率高于常规治疗组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO_(2))均低于治疗前,动脉血氧分压(PaO_(2))、动脉血氧饱和度(SaO_(2))均高于治疗前,且阿魏酸钠组PaCO_(2)低于常规治疗组,PaO_(2)、SaO_(2)均高于常规治疗组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组血清TGF-β、Smad1、Smad3、Smad7水平均低于治疗前,且阿魏酸钠组血清TGF-β、Smad1、Smad3、Smad7水平均低于常规治疗组(P<0.05)。结论阿魏酸钠治疗尘肺病肺纤维化患者,可提高临床疗效,能通过抑制TGF-β/Smad信号通路表达,抑制尘肺病患者肺纤维化,从而改善肺通气功能。 Objective To investigate the regulatory effect of sodium ferulate on transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β)/Smad signaling pathway in pulmonary fibrosis patients with pneumoconiosis.Methods A total of 86 patients with pulmonary fibrosis of pneumoconiosis admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to September 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into conventional treatment group and sodium feruolate group according random number table method,with 43 cases in each groups.The conventional treatment group was given conventional treatment+spray inhalation of 4% xilapine,and the sodium ferulate group was given sodium ferulate tablets on the basis of the conventional treatment group.The clinical efficacy,blood gas indexes and the levels of serum TGF-β,Smad1,Smad3 and Smad7 were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The effective rate of sodium ferulate group were higher than thate of conventional treatment group(P<0.05).After treatment,the arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO_(2))in the two groups was lower than that before treatment,arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO_(2))and arterial oxygen saturation(SaO_(2))in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and PaCO_(2)in sodium ferulate group was lower than that in conventional treatment group,PaO_(2)and SaO_(2)were higher than those in conventional treatment group(P<0.05).After treatment,serum TGF-β,Smad1,Smad3 and Smad7 in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels of serum TGF-β,Smad1,Smad3 and Smad7 in sodium ferulate group was lower than that in conventional treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion Sodium ferulate can improve the clinical efficacy in the treatment of pulmonary fibrosis in patients with pneumoconiosis,and may inhibit pulmonary fibrosis in patients with pneumoconiosis by inhibiting the expression of TGF-β/Smad signaling pathway,thus improving pulmonary ventilation function.
