中医骨伤手法结合独活寄生汤加减治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine bone injury manipulation combined with Duhuo Jisheng decoction in the treatment of patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation

目的探究中医骨伤手法结合独活寄生汤加减治疗腰椎间盘突出症(LIDP)患者的临床疗效。方法选取2018年6月至2020年6月本院收治的80例LIDP患者作为研究对象,按照随机抽签法分为对照组和干预组,每组40例。对照组采用中医骨伤手法治疗,干预组采用中医骨伤手法结合独活寄生汤加减治疗,比较两组临床疗效、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、生存质量评分及不良反应发生情况。结果干预组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组VAS评分低于治疗前,且干预组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组躯体功能、情绪健康、社会功能、睡眠质量评分均高于治疗前,且干预组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论中医骨伤手法结合独活寄生汤加减治疗LIDP患者效果显著,能提升临床疗效,快速缓解患者腰腿疼痛症状,改善其生存质量,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine bone injury manipulation combined with Duhuo Jisheng decoction in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation(LIDP).Methods A total of 80 LIDP patients admitted to our hospital from June 2018to June 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into control group and intervention group according to random drawing method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Traditional Chinese Medicine bone injury manipulation,and the intervention group was treated with Traditional Chinese Medicine bone injury manipulation combined with Duhuo Jisheng decoction,the clinical efficacy,visual analogue scale(VAS)scores,quality of life scores and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of VAS in the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and the intervention group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of physical function,emotional health,social function,and sleep quality in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the intervention group were higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion The application of Traditional Chinese Medicine bone injury manipulation combined with Duhuo Jisheng decoction in patients with LIDP has a significant therapeutic effect,can improve clinical efficacy,quickly relieve the symptoms of patients’low back and leg pain,and improve their quality of life and has high safety.It is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
