血清同型半胱氨酸水平与心房颤动的关系研究

摘要 目的探究血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平与心房颤动的关系,为临床预防及治疗心房颤动提供新的思路。方法选取2019年7月至2020年6月于顺义区空港医院住院的52例房颤患者作为心房颤动组,根据房颤的持续时间分为阵发性心房颤动组(n=19)、持续性心房颤动组(n=23)、永久性心房颤动组(n=10)。另选取本院同期60例非房颤患者作为非心房颤动组。采用酶免疫法检测血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)水平,并分析血清Hcy水平与心房颤动的关系。结果心房颤动组血清Hcy水平明显高于非心房颤动组(P<0.05),且永久性心房颤动组及持续性心房颤动组血清Hcy水平明显高于阵发性心房颤动组(P<0.05);多因素非条件Logistic回归分析提示,血清Hcy为心房颤动发生的独立危险因素。结论血清Hcy水平与心房颤动的发生有关,可为心房颤动的预防及治疗提供科学依据,具有重要的临床意义。 Objective To investigate the relationship between serum homocysteine(Hcy)level and atrial fibrillation,and to provide new ideas for clinical prevention and treatment of atrial fibrillation.Methods A total of 52 patients with atrial fibrillation hospitalized in Shunyi district airport hospital from July 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into paroxysmal atrial fibrillation group(n=19),persistent atrial fibrillation group(n=23)and permanent atrial fibrillation group(n=10)according to the duration of atrial fibrillation.In addition,60patients with non atrial fibrillation were selected as the non atrial fibrillation group at the same time in our hospital.The levels of serum homocysteine(Hcy),high density lipoprotein(HDL),triglyceride(TG)and total cholesterol(TC)were detected by enzyme immunoassay,and the relationship between serum Hcy and atrial fibrillation was analyzed.Results The serum Hcy level in atrial fibrillation group was significantly higher than that in the non atrial fibrillation group(P<0.05),and the serum Hcy level in permanent atrial fibrillation group and persistent atrial fibrillation group were significantly higher than that in paroxysmal atrial fibrillation group(P<0.05).Multivariate unconditional Logistic regression analysis showed that serum Hcy was an independent risk factor for atrial fibrillation.Conclusion The level of serum homocysteine is correlated with the occurrence of atrial fibrillation,which can provide scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of atrial fibrillation,andhas important clinical significance.
