微视频交互式教学模式在西医院校中医学临床见习中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨微视频交互式教学模式在西医院校中医学临床见习中的应用效果。方法选取2020年9—10月南华大学105名2017级本科学生作为研究对象,将41名麻醉班学生作为实验组,64名口腔班学生作为对照组。在体质部分临床见习中,实验组采用微视频交互式教学模式,对照组采用传统讲解教学模式,比较两组教学效果、理论考试成绩。结果实验组主观能动性、学习兴趣、学习认同感、教学满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组理论考试成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在西医院校医学临床见习中采用微视频交互式教学模式,能更好地激发学生的学习兴趣,提高学习效率,丰富教学手段。 Objective To explore the application effect of interactive micro-video teaching in the teaching mode in clinical probation of Traditional Chinese Medicine in western medical colleges.Methods A total of 105 undergraduate students of grade 2017 in Nanhua University from September to October 2020 were selected as the research subject,41 students of anesthesiology class as the experimental group,and 64 students of stomatology class as the control group.During the clinical probation of the physical part,the experimental group adopted the micro-video interactive teaching mode,while the control group adopted the traditional teaching mode.The teaching effect and theory test scores between the two groups were compared.Results The scores of subjective initiative,learning interest,learning identity and teaching satisfaction in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The theoretical test scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Micro-video interactive teaching mode can better stimulate student’s interest in learning,improve learning efficiency and enrich teaching methods in clinical practice of Traditional Chinese Medicine in western medicine colleges.
