Key Control Links of Volatile Organic Liquid Storage in Oil and Gas Production Units

挥发性有机物(VOCs)是导致雾霾天气形成的主要原因之一,油气生产单位加强VOCs治理管 控尤为重要。文章对照新颁布的GB 39728—2020《陆上石油天然气开采工业大气污染物排放标准》,针对标 准生效时间、重点地区等存疑点进行厘清,明确油气生产单位VOCs治理管控重点环节,通过对某油田现有 原油储罐进行梳理,进一步论证挥发性有机液体储存重点治理范畴,提出治理建议,具有可操作性、针对性和借鉴性。

Volatile organic compounds are one of the main reasons for the formation of smog, and it is particularly important for oil and gas production units to strengthen VOCs control. According to the newly issued GB 39728-2020 “Emission Standard of Air Pollutants for Onshore Oil and Gas Exploitation and Production Industry”,this paper sorted out the questionable points such as the effective time of the standard and key areas, clarified the key links of VOCs governance and control in oil and gas production units, and combined with the existing crude oil storage tanks in an oil field, the key management category of volatile organic liquid storage was further demonstrated, and some maneuverable, targeted and referential suggestions were put forward.
