国际商务硕士专业学位培养应用型、复合型的高级涉外商务人才,高层次人才需要具备高水平思想政治素养。在国际商务硕士的人才培养过程中,增强思政教育的深度和广度。课程思政是构建全方位“大思政”育人格局的重要内容,是新时期立德树人教育理念的系统化提升,也是提高国际商务硕士专业学位思政教学效果的重要途径和抓手。从专业层面探讨研究生课程思政体系构建的实现路径。通过培养目标的修订,毕业要求支撑矩阵的构建,厘清专业内课程之间的思政逻辑,从课程思政实施主体(双导师)及实施形式(产教融合)、评价体系等方面保障课程思政改革效果。

Master of International Business(MIB)cultivates applied and compound senior foreign-related business talents. High-level talents need to possess high level of ideological and political accomplishment. Therefore,the ideological and political banner should be held high and the depth and breadth of ideological and political education should be enhanced in the process of talent cultivation of MIB. Curriculum ideological and political is an important part of the construction of a comprehensive "big ideological and political" pattern of education,a systematic improvement of moral education concept in the new era, and an important way and starting point to improve the ideological and political teaching effect of MIB. This paper discusses the realization path of the ideological and political system construction of graduate courses from the professional level. Through the revision of training objectives, the construction of graduation requirements support matrix,the author tries to clarify the ideological and political logic between courses within the major, and guarantee the effect of curriculum ideological and political reform from aspects of curriculum ideological and political implementation subject(double tutors),implementation form(integration of industry and education), evaluation system and so on.
