高抗性淀粉含量粳稻新品种‘优糖稻3号’的选育 被引量:4

摘要 ‘优糖稻3号’是由上海市农业科学院作物育种栽培研究所利用系谱法选育而成的富含抗性淀粉的功能水稻新品种,2020年6月经上海市农作物品种审定委员会审定通过,审定编号为沪审稻2020012。‘优糖稻3号’抗性淀粉含量高达13.2%,抗稻瘟病。抗性淀粉是在健康者小肠中不被吸收的淀粉及其降解产物的总称,具有控制血糖、预防肠道疾病、控制体重、促进维生素和矿物质吸收等重要的生理功能。该品种的成功选育为高抗性淀粉水稻市场的开发应用进一步奠定了基础。 ‘Youtangdao 3’is a new functional Japonica rice variety with high resistant starch,which is bred by Crop Breeding and Cultivation Research Institute,Shanghai Academy of Agricultural Sciences by pedigree method.‘Youtangdao 3’was registered and released by Shanghai Crop Varity Approval committee in June 2020,and the validation number is 2020012.The content of resistant starch in‘Youtangdao 3’is as high as 13.2%.‘Youtangdao 3’is resistant to rice blast.Resistant starch is defined as the sum of starch and products of starch degradation not absorbed in the small intestine of healthy individuals.It has the ability to control blood glucose,prevent intestinal diseases,control body weight,promote vitamin and mineral absorption and other important physiological functions.The successful breeding of this variety laid a foundation for the development and application of highly resistant starch rice.
