摘要
工业园区内企业集聚,生产活动密集,用水量和废水产生量大。由于企业类型众多,不同企业又由多段生产工艺组成,产生的废水性质差异较大,主要特点有:成分复杂,污染物浓度高;有一定毒性,可生化性较差;水质不稳定等。化工行业园区废水氮磷浓度较高、毒性较大,废水近零排放是这一类园区未来发展的重要举措和必然趋势。适当的评价标准将有利于指导化工园区废水近零排放建设和发展。连云港石化产业基地是国家七大石化产业基地之一,是我国典型的全新建设型石化产业园区,自2009年建设之初,即以废水近零排放为目标,统一全水系统规划,将该园区近零排放建设成效与国内其他典型园区对标,对未来园区废水近零排放建设提供新方案。
Enterprises in the industrial park are clustered,production activities are intensive,and the amount of water and wastewater generated is large. Due to the large number of types of enterprises,different enterprises are composed of multi-stage production processes,the properties of wastewater produced are quite different. The main characteristics are: complex composition,high concentration of pollutants;certain toxicity,poor biodegradability;unstable water quality,etc. The wastewater of chemical industry parks has a high concentration of nitrogen and phosphorus and is more toxic. Nearly zero discharge of wastewater is an important measure and inevitable trend for the future development of this type of park. Appropriate evaluation standards will help guide the construction and development of near-zero wastewater discharge in the chemical park. Lianyungang Petrochemical Industrial Base is one of the seven major petrochemical industrial bases in the country. It is a typical newly constructed petrochemical industrial park in my country. Since the beginning of its construction in 2009,it has set the goal of nearly zero wastewater discharge and unified the entire water system plan. This article compares the effectiveness of the park’s near-zero discharge construction with other typical domestic parks,and provides a new plan for the construction of near-zero wastewater discharge in the park in the future.
