摘要 以内河港口规划环评为依托,在风险识别、源项分析和风险强度确定的基础上,采用MIKE对高风险区码头前沿操作性事故溢油和航道船舶碰撞事故溢油2种方案开展溢油漂移模拟预测,得出了油膜可能会影响的范围,为事故预警、应急处置、制定应急预案、规划优化等提供技术支持。 Based on the environmental impact assessment of inland port planning,on the basis of risk identification,source term analysis and risk intensity determination,Mike is used to simulate and predict the oil spill drift of wharf apron operational accident and channel ship collision accident in high-risk area,and the possible influence range of oil film is obtained,so as to provide basis for accident early warning,emergency disposal,formulation of emergency plan Provide technical support for planning optimization.
