摘要
从发展规模、潜力与质量3个方面重新构建了完整的协同度评价指标体系,用CRITIC赋权法为每个影响指标赋予相应的权重,测量2016—2019年跨境电商与跨境物流协同度,结果表示2个子系统有序度均呈增长态势,但二者的复合系统协同度水平却很低。据此对企业和政府提供了相关建议。
This paper reconstructs a complete synergy evaluation index system from the three aspects of development scale,potential and quality,gives corresponding weights to each impact index with critical weighting method,and measures the synergy between cross-border e-commerce and cross-border logistics from 2016 to 2019.The results show that the order degree of the two subsystems is increasing,but the synergy level of their composite systems is very low.Accordingly,relevant suggestions are provided to enterprises and governments.
