水泥稳定再生粗集料混凝土路用性能试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对建筑垃圾回收再利用问题,对某废弃建筑进行破碎,制备再生粗集料,通过无侧限抗压试验、劈裂试验及刚度性能试验对水泥稳定再生粗集料混凝土的路用性进行研究。结果表明:当养护龄期小于等于28 d时,随着再生粗集料掺量的逐渐增加,水泥稳定再生粗集料混凝土的无侧限抗压强度、回弹模量均呈先减后增趋势;当养护龄期达到70 d时,水泥稳定再生粗集料混凝土的无侧限抗压强度、回弹模量随养护龄期逐渐减小,不同养护龄期下,水泥稳定再生粗集料混凝土的劈裂强度均呈逐渐递增趋势;随着养护龄期的逐渐延长,水泥稳定再生粗集料混凝土的无侧限抗压强度、劈裂强度及回弹模量均呈逐渐递增变化趋势,但曲线斜率在逐渐减小。 Aiming at the recycling and reuse of construction waste,a waste building was crushed to prepare recycled coarse aggregate.The roadworthiness of cement-stabilized recycled coarse aggregate concrete was studied by unconfined compression test,splitting test,and stiffness test.The results showed that when the curing age was less than or equal to 28 days,the unconfined compressive strength and rebound modulus of cement stabilized recycled coarse aggregate concrete decreased first and then increased with the increase of recycled coarse aggregate content.When the curing age reached 70 days,the unconfined compressive strength and rebound modulus of cement stabilized recycled coarse aggregate concrete gradually decreased with the curing age.Under different curing ages,the splitting strength of cement stabilized recycled coarse aggregate concrete gradually increased.With the gradual extension of curing age,the unconfined compressive strength,splitting strength,and rebound modulus of cement stabilized recycled coarse aggregate concrete gradually increased,but the slope of the curve gradually decreased.
