摘要
助力实现双碳目标,制冷行业提高制冷循环的效率是关键,采用膨胀机代替节流阀是其中一种有效方式。本文针对已有的两相流双转子膨胀机样机效率不高的实际情况,根据膨胀过程能流特性,对膨胀过程的不可逆损失来源与特性进行分析,并结合样机试验结果综合提出样机改造方案。对于大中型制冷与热泵系统而言,采用膨胀机代替节流阀回收的膨胀功可逐步走向实用,在膨胀机得到广泛应用的情况下回收的膨胀功可以作为分布式能源系统下的分散能源来使用。
In response to the national goal of dual carbon targets,improving the system efficiency of the refrigeration system is the core task of the refrigeration industry.One of the effective measures is replace throttling valve with expander.For the problem that efficiency of existing two-phase flow expander with two-rolling-pistons is not high,this research was devoted to analyze the sources and characteristics of irreversible loss in expansion process according to the energy flow characteristics and propose improvement measures for the prototype basing on the irreversible loss analysis and the prototype test results.For medium and large-sized refrigeration and heat pump systems,the recovered expansion work by using an expander replacing a throttle valve is meaningful,and can be used as dispersed energy in distributed energy system when the expander is widely used.
