摘要
为提高消防救援人员对交通隧道的灭火效率,研制一种悬挂式轨道灭火机器人,针对该灭火机器人的喷头机构进行研究。参照已有灭火机器人的研究数据,获得灭火机器人喷头机构相关的设计参数,计算旋转减速机构的电机功率及减速比,以此确定喷头机构的结构参数,并对喷头其它机构进行设计,最终完成喷头机构的整体设计;通过对喷头机构关键零部件进行有限元仿真及运动仿真分析,证明该机械结构设计可行。
In order to improve the fire-fighting efficiency of fire-fighting personnel in traffic tunnels,a suspended rail fire-fighting robot was developed,and the sprinkler mechanism of the fire-fighting robot was studied.Referring to the existing research data of fire-fighting robots,the design parameters related to the sprinkler mechanism of the fire-extinguishing robot was obtained,the motor power and reduction ratio of the rotary deceleration mechanism was calculated to determine the structural parameters of the sprinkler mechanism,and then other sprinkler mechanisms was designed to finally complete the overall design of the sprinkler mechanism.The finite element simulation and motion simulation analysis of the key components of the nozzle mechanism were carried out to verify the feasibility of the mechanical structure design.
