斑点追踪技术评估化疗相关心脏毒性的应用进展

Application progress of speckle-tracking imaging in evaluating chemotherapy-related cardiotoxicity

近年恶性肿瘤化疗后相关毒性反应发现病例逐渐增多,早期、全面、准确地评估化疗相关心脏毒性具有重要的价值。斑点追踪技术测得的整体纵向应变因具有识别亚临床心功能变化的能力,且与左室射血分数互补,已逐渐在化疗相关心脏毒性领域进入临床实践。本文就斑点追踪技术评估化疗相关心脏毒性的应用进展进行综述。

In recent years,the incidence of malignant tumor-related chemotherapy toxicity has been increasing,in which the early,comprehensive,and accurate evaluation of chemotherapy related cardiotoxicity has important value.The global longitudinal strain measured by the speckle-tracking imaging has been part of the clinical practice due to its subclinical cardiac function recognizing ability and complementary role with left ventricle ejection fraction,which has been gradually used in chemotherapy-related cardiotoxicity research and put in clinical practice.This paper reviews the application progress of speckle tracking imaging on chemotherapy-related cardiotoxicity evaluation.
