基于产品故障信息的QFD与FMEA融合的可靠性改进设计方法研究

摘要 利用产品的“功能—结构”映射关系是开展产品可靠性改进的重要思路,提出了基于质量功能展开(QFD)的“功能—结构”映射模型,充分利用产品故障信息,考虑故障模式的关联关系,研究了将故障信息反馈至产品“功能—结构”映射模型的方法,提出了基于故障信息的改进QFD和故障模式及影响分析(FMEA)相融合的可靠性改进模型,对指导已有故障数据的产品可靠性改进提供了方法。 The "function-structure" mapping relationship is an important idea to guide the improvements of product reliability. A "function-structure" mapping model based on QFD was proposed by fully utilizing the product information, the key relationships of failure modes and the method of feedback fault information to "function-structure" mapping relationship. A reliability improvement model combined QFD and FMEA based on fault information was proposed,which provided a method to guide the reliability improvements of existing fault data.
