Herein, we report the characteristics of BDO production unit of alkyne aldehyde process, summarize the prominent problems which were encountered in the production process of BDO production unit of alkyne aldehyde process.Furthermore, we analyze the problems of acetylene generator blockage, low-pressure hydrogenation feed pump P203 fault and concentration filter f102 fault, and summarize the measures were taken and the effect after transformation.
