摘要
马尾松(Pinus massoniana)是我国南方重要的用材树种。基于马尾松生长性状候选基因组关联分析,得到显著关联的SSR标记位点PCZ090,通过生物信息学分析方法挖掘其所在基因的全长序列及生理功能。结果表明,基因全长1636 bp,包含1个795 bp的开放阅读框,编码264个氨基酸,蛋白质分子量为30.88 kDa,理论等电点为9.27;参与谷胱甘肽代谢过程,具有谷胱甘肽转移酶活性。通过NCBI CDD进一步确定PCZ090所在基因是谷胱甘肽S-转移酶家族蛋白成员,命名为PmGSTTCHQD1,根据同源基因的注释结果,推测该基因可能参与了催化氯代异源物质的代谢过程,在细胞解毒机制中具有重要作用。该研究结果对于解析细胞解毒能力对马尾松生长的影响具有重要的参考价值。
Pinus massoniana is an important timber tree species in South China.Based on candidate genome association analysis of P.massoniana growth traits,SSR marker locus PCZ090 was obtained.Full-length sequence and physiological function of gene were mined by bioinformatics analysis.Results showed that full-length of gene was 1636 bp,with open reading frame(ORF)of 795 bp,encoding 264 amino acids,protein molecular weight of 30.88 kDa,theoretical isoelectric point of 9.27.It participated in glutathione metabolism andhad glutathione transferase activity.It was confirmed that gene with PCZ090 was a protein member of glutathione S-transferase family through NCBI CDD,named PmGSTTCHQD1.According to annotation results of homologous genes,it may participate in metabolism of chlorinated heterologous substances and play an importantrole in mechanism of cell detoxification.Results have important reference value for analyzing effects of cell detoxification on growth of P.massoniana.
