不同光照处理对赤苍藤光合生理和生化特性的影响 被引量:2

Effects of Different Light Treatments on Photosynthetic Physiological and Biochemical Characteristics of Erythropalum scandens

摘要 为探讨赤苍藤(Erythropalum scandens)幼苗生长和发育的最适宜光环境,以赤苍藤幼苗为试材,采用完全随机处理方式,设置100%自然光照、65%自然光照和30%自然光照3种不同光照强度,测定赤苍藤幼苗叶绿素a、叶绿素b、胞间二氧化碳浓度、净光合速率、可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖、丙二醛和游离脯氨酸等指标。结果表明,65%自然光照条件下,叶片中的叶绿素a、叶绿素b和叶绿素a+b含量较高,叶绿素a/b显著高于100%自然光照和30%自然光照;30%自然光照条件下,叶片的净光合速率最大,蒸腾速率最低。100%自然光照条件下,胞间二氧化碳浓度和气孔导度最大。随光照强度减弱,可溶性糖含量呈增加趋势,可溶性蛋白含量呈先降后升的趋势,游离脯氨酸和丙二醛含量呈先升后降的趋势。主成分分析表明,65%自然光照是最佳处理条件。引种赤苍藤时,应给予轻度遮荫。 In order to explore suitable light conditions for growth and development of Erythropalum scandens seedlings, a completely random design was used to investigate effects of three different light intensities(100%natural sunshine, 65% natural sunshine and 30% natural sunshine) on E. scandens seedlings. Chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b, intercellular CO2concentration, net photosynthesis rate, soluble protein, soluble sugar, malonaldehyde and free proline were measured. Results showed that contents of chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and chlorophyll a + b were higher in 65% natural sunshine treatment than in 100% natural sunshine and 30% natural sunshine. 30% natural sunshine treatment had the largest net photosynthetic rate and the lowest transpiration rate.100% natural sunshine treatment had the largest intercellular CO2concentration and stomatal conductance.With decrease of light intensity, soluble sugar content increased, soluble protein content decreased firstly and then increased, and contents of free proline and malonaldehyde increased firstly and then decreased. Principal component analysis indicated that 65% natural sunshine was the suitable treatment. Introduction and planting E. scandens should be shaded lightly.
