光伏幕墙建筑能效评估与提升策略 被引量:14

摘要 当前,光伏发电等可再生能源利用以及节能减排是实现中国碳排放目标的重要措施,光伏建筑一体化技术具有提高采光质量和降低能耗等优势,在建筑节能领域具有良好的发展前景。基于能耗分析和经济性评价提出了光伏幕墙建筑能效评估模型,分别采用DeST-C软件和PVsyst软件进行建筑能耗仿真和光伏幕墙发电量模拟。以杭州地区某办公建筑物为例,通过灰色关联分析对光伏幕墙发电量因素和建筑能耗影响因素进行评价,通过计算静态投资回收期和效益费用比分析当前光伏幕墙成本范围区间内项目经济可行性,并且从减排环境效益方面分析了光伏幕墙实现碳排放目标的价值。本文模型及建筑能效提升策略可为光伏幕墙在城市地区办公建筑中的应用提供理论参考。 At present,the utilization of renewable energy such as photovoltaic power generation and energy conservation and emission reduction are important measures to achieve China s carbon emission targets.Photovoltaic building integration technology has the advantages of improving lighting quality and reducing energy consumption,and has a good development prospect in the field of building energy conservation.Based on energy consumption analysis and economic evaluation,an energy efficiency evaluation model of photovoltaic curtain wall was established.DeST-C software and PVsyst software were used to simulate building energy consumption and photovoltaic curtain wall power generation respectively.Taking an office building in Hangzhou as an example,the grey correlation analysis was used to evaluate the power generation factors and building energy consumption influencing factors of photovoltaic curtain wall,and the static payback period and benefit cost ratio were used to analyze the economic feasibility of the project in the current cost range of photovoltaic curtain wall,and the value of photovoltaic curtain wall to achieve carbon emission targets was analyzed from the environmental benefits of emission reduction.The proposed model and energy efficiency improvement strategies can provide theoretical references for the application of photovoltaic curtain wall in urban office buildings.
