油井间抽制度优化方法研究 被引量:3

摘要 随着油田逐步开发,由于地层能量补给能力不足,导致不封边缘井地层能量逐渐降低,从而致使油田低产抽油机井的数量越来越多,经济效益偏低。从油田的实际生产情况来看,为提高低产井经济效益,间歇抽油是一种提高油井效率、降低油井能耗的有效方式,但受到技术的限制,间抽执行效果一直未达到最佳。近年来,随着不停机间抽技术的应用,实现了短周期、多频次间抽,为间抽措施提效提供了技术支撑,同时根据间抽效果影响因素分析,综合考虑地面处置费用、集输费用、作业费用等因素,形成间抽经济效益方法,全面评价了间抽效果。 with the gradual development of the oilfield,due to the lack of formation energy supply capacity,the formation energy of unsealed edge wells is gradually reduced,resulting in an increasing number of low production pumping wells and low economic benefits.From the actual production situation of the oilfield,in order to improve the economic benefits of low production wells,intermittent pumping is an effective way to improve oil well efficiency and reduce oil well energy consumption.However,due to technical constraints,the implementation effect of intermittent pumping has not reached the best.In recent years,with the application of non-stop inter pumping technology,short cycle and multi frequency inter pumping have been realized,which provides technical support for improving the efficiency of inter pumping measures.At the same time,according to the analysis of influencing factors of inter pumping effect and comprehensively considering factors such as ground cost,gathering and transportation cost and operation cost,an economic benefit method of inter pumping has been formed,and the inter pumping effect has been comprehensively evaluated.
