摘要
为了能够有效节能降耗,提高抽油机井系统效率,尽快推进采油耗电量化管理工作,采油三厂对目前机采井中占比较大的10型、14型机进行量化分析,数值拟合,通过对2016—2019年抽油机井测试数据的分类拟合、修正,最终给出10型、14型机不同液面下水驱、聚驱、三元驱的吨液百米耗电与日产液量的计算公式,与此同时分析10型、14型机的高效区,从而有效指导现场生产。
In order to effectively save energy and reduce consumption,improve the efficiency of the pumping well system,and promote the quantitative management of oil production power consumption as soon as possible,the third oil production plant carried out quantitative analysis and numerical fitting on the 10 and 14 types of machines which accounted for a large proportion of the current mechanical production Wells.Through the classification fitting and correction of the test data of the pumping wells from 2016 to 2019,finally,the calculation formula of power consumption per 100 meters per ton liquid and daily liquid amount of different water level water flooding,polymer flooding and ternary flooding of type 10 and type 14 machines is given.At the same time,the high efficiency area of type 10 and type 14 machines is analyzed,so as to guide the field production effectively.
