大庆油田配电网节能与电能质量综合治理的应用研究

摘要 大庆油田配电变压器主要集中在315、400、630、800、1000 kVA几个容量等级,很多配电间虽然配有电容柜,但是因设备损坏或其它原因没有投运,导致部分台变功率因数较低。同时,随着UPS、节能LED灯等大规模整流器件的使用,导致线路存在大量谐波,谐波和无功不仅增加了线路损耗,而且导致用电设备的损坏概率增加,另外受单相用电的影响,线路中也存在三相负荷不平衡的现象,造成线路和变压器的损耗。因此,针对配网部分进行谐波、无功补偿和三相负荷不平衡等电能质量问题治理,开展节能与电能质量综合治理,产生较好的降本增效效果。 Distribution transformers in Daqing Oilfield are mainly concentrated in the capacity levels of 315、400、630、800、and 1000 kVA.Although many power distribution rooms are equipped with capacitor cabinets,they have not been put into operation due to equipment damage or other reasons,resulting in some power transformers,factor is lower.At the same time,with the use of large-scale rectifier devices such as UPS and energy-saving LED lamps,there are a large number of harmonics in the line.Harmonics and reactive power not only increase the line loss,but also lead to an increase in the probability of damage to electrical equipment.In addition,due to the influence of single-phase power consumption,there are also three-phase load unbalanced sites in the line,resulting in loss of lines and transformers.Therefore,the power quality problems such as harmonics,reactive power compensation and unbalanced three-phase load should be treated in the distribution network,and comprehensive management of energy saving and power quality should be carried out,resulting in better cost reduction and efficiency enhancement.
