降低高压放空系统天然气漏失量

摘要 天然气站场的高压火炬是放空系统的重要一环,其火焰大小在一定程度上能够直观地反映出放空量的大小,而放空系统又是保证油气田天然气处理厂及输气站场安全运行的重要设施。鉴于此,克拉处理站在遇到高压火炬火焰明显增大的情况时,为了证实并解决生产装置中有大量天然气漏失到高压火炬的问题,通过排查高压放空系统漏失源并测算比对各自漏失量,找到了主要漏失位置并制定实施相应解决方案。方案实施后,天然气漏失量明显减少,减少了天然气资源浪费,在带来经济效益的同时,也保障了处理站的安全平稳运行,降低了碳排放,对保护环境和节能减排具有重要意义。 The high-pressure torch of the natural gas station is an important part of the venting system.The flame size can directly reflect the venting volume to a certain extent.The venting system is also an important facility to ensure the safe operation of the gas processing plant and the gas transmission station in the oil and gas field.In view of this,when the carat processing station encounters a situation where the flame of the high-pressure torch is significantly increased,to verify and solve the problem of a large amount of natural gas leaking to the high pressure torch in the production device,the leakage source of the high-pressure venting system is checked and the respective losses are measured and compared,found the main leak location,and worked out and implemented corresponding solutions.After the implementation of the plan,the amount of natural gas leakage has been significantly reduced,reducing the waste of natural gas resources,while bringing economic benefits,but also ensuring the safe and stable operation of the processing station,reducing carbon emissions,and having great significance for environmental protection,energy conservation and emission reduction.
