基于ADAMS的某商用载货车舒适性仿真与优化 被引量:1

摘要 针对某载货车在搓板路、扭曲路等不平路面时驾驶室跳动大,不被驾乘人员所接受的问题,文章基于该载货车各悬置系统振动传递路径分析结果,得出驾驶室悬置隔振不足是造成舒适性问题的主要原因。在仿真分析软件ADAMS中建立整车模型进行虚拟仿真,并与实测数据对比验证模型可用于二次开发。利用MATLAB软件将驾驶室悬置阻尼力拟合成非线性模型,利用ADAMS/View中的优化工具对其进行优化,优化结果表明舒适性得到明显改善,并在实车中得到验证,振动性能改善34.9%。 When a truck is on uneven roads such as washboard road and twisted road,the cab jumps greatly and is not accepted by the drivers and passengers.Based on the results of vibration transfer path analysis of a tractor suspension system,this paper concludes that the lack of cab suspension is the main cause of poor smoothness.Built vehicle model in ADAMS,and verify that the model can be used for secondary development by comparing with the experimental data.The cab suspension damping force is composed of a nonlinear model by MATLAB,and optimize it with ADAMS/View optimization tools.The optimization results show that the comfort has been significantly improved and verified in tractor.The level of vibration decreased by 34.9%.
