新工科背景下车辆工程新能源汽车方向人才培养策略探索

Talent Training Strategy on a New Energy Vehicle Director of Vehicle Engineering under the Background of New Engineering

新能源汽车将逐渐取代传统汽车成为汽车工业发展的方向。新能源汽车人才极度短缺,应用型本科院校车辆工程专业纷纷开设了新能源汽车人才培养相关专业。当前,应用型本科院校车辆工程新能源汽车方向的人才培养存在诸多问题,影响了新能源汽车人才培养的质量。文章剖析当前车辆工程新能源汽车方向人才培养在培养目标、师资、教材、实践等方面存在的问题;针对现存问题提出新工科背景下车辆工程专业新能源汽车方向人才的培养策略;重点分析车辆工程专业新能源汽车方向课程体系的构建思路、课程体系设置及实施方法,以期为应用型本科院校车辆工程专业新能源汽车方向的人才培养提供参考,提高新能源汽车人才培养质量,向快速发展的新能源汽车行业提供人力资源保证。

New energy vehicles will gradually replace traditional vehicles and become the development direction of automobile industry.There is an extreme shortage of new energy vehicle talents.Vehicle engineering majors in application-oriented undergraduate colleges have set up talents training related to new energy vehicles.At present,there are many problems in the talent training of vehicle engineering and new energy vehicles in Application-oriented Colleges and universities,which affect the quality of talent training of new energy vehicles.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the training objectives,teachers,teaching materials,practice and so on.According to the existing problems,this paper puts forward the training strategy of new energy vehicle talents in vehicle engineering under the background of new engineering.This paper focuses on the construction ideas,curriculum system setting and implementation methods of the new energy vehicle direction curriculum system of vehicle engineering specialty,in order to provide reference for the talent training of new energy vehicle direction of vehicle engineering specialty in application-oriented undergraduate colleges,improve the talent training quality of new energy vehicle,and provide human resources guarantee for the rapid development of new energy vehicle industry.
