550 MPa级高强集装箱用钢轧制工艺与腐蚀性能研究

摘要 研究了本钢第二代高强集装箱用钢BG550C的化学成分设计、轧制工艺和腐蚀性能,确定了最佳的工艺参数,铸坯加热温度为1180~1280℃,终轧温度为860~900℃,卷取温度为550~600℃,组织为铁素体加部分珠光体,铁素体晶粒大小均匀,所研制的550 MPa级集装箱用钢BG550C具有优良的力学性能、冷弯性能和耐腐蚀性能,通过72 h周期浸润加速腐蚀试验,其平均腐蚀速率为1.349 g/(m^(2)·h),经集装箱制造用户使用,各项性能指标满足要求,并进行了工业化生产。 The chemical composition design and production process of BG550C,the second generation of high strength container steel of Benxi Iron and Steel Group Co.,Ltd.were studied.The optimum process parameters were determined.The heating temperature of slab was 1180~1280℃,the finishing rolling temperature was 860~900℃,the coiling temperature was 550~600℃,the structure was ferrite and some pearlite.The ferrite grain size was uniform.The developed 550 MPa container steel BG550C had excellent properties Mechanical properties,cold bending properties and corrosion resistance.The average corrosion rate is 1.349 g/(m^(2)·h)through 72 h periodic infiltration accelerated corrosion test.After being used by container manufacturers,all performance indexes meet the requirements,and industrial production has been carried out.
