摘要
某公司生产的S355JO板材表面出现了结疤缺陷。检验人员对其进行了一系列的检验,发现缺陷处存在大量的Cu,Cu沿奥氏体晶界渗入导致了缺陷的产生。经过排查发现,Cu来源于磨损的结晶器。针对缺陷产生的原因,提出了改进建议。
The surface of S355J0 plate produced by a company appeared scar defect.After a series of tests,it was found that there was a large amount of Cu in the defects,and the penetration of Cu along the austenite grain boundary led to the defects.After investigation,it was found that the source of Cu was mold wear.According to the causes of defects,improvement suggestions were put forward.
