摘要
介绍了柳钢中金不锈钢有限公司1680 m3高炉本次炉况失常的过程、原因、炉况处理及造成的损失,并从原燃料、冷却设备、工艺操作、炉前管理几个方面进行阐述和分析。通过总结相关经验教训,提出合理化建议,为将来高炉生产稳定顺行提供技术支撑。
The process,cause,treatment and loss of the abnormal condition of the 1680 m3 blast furnace in Zhongjin stainless steel company limited Of Liuzhou Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.,were introduced and analyzed from the aspects of raw fuel,cooling equipment,process operation and pre-furnace management.Through summarizing relevant experience and lessons,some reasonable suggestions are put forward to provide technical support for the stable operation of blast furnace in the future.
