摘要
简述了筒型混铁车功能、罐体装置结构,主要分析了罐体装置制作的重点工艺方法,包括筒体坡口制作及成型控制、主动端接管关键加工面精度控制、罐体组对焊接控制。着重针对18 m长的罐体装置在焊接后保证φ3 mm同轴度的难题,设计制作了一套专用工艺工装。
This paper briefly describes the function of mixed iron car and the structure of the vessel device.And mainly analyzes the key technology methods of the vessel production.Focus on cylindrical barrel groove production and forming control,the precision control of the key machining barrel end,and the welding control of the vessel group.Aiming at the scheme ensuring φ3 mm coaxiality of 18 m long vessel device after welding.One set of special process tooling equipment was designed and manufactured.
