摘要
劳动教育是马克思主义劳动价值观的新发展,有其价值教育属性的要求,是以“工匠精神”为核心的职业能力培养的需求、“新工科”背景下的人才培养需求。劳动教育课程作为高校实施和开展劳动教育的核心载体,东莞理工学院粤台产业科技学院以劳动教育的价值内涵与高校人才培养使命为目标,通过“STEP”劳动教育课6年教学实践,落实课程框架设计。从劳动教育的价值导向、执行、评价、实效等视角开展SPSS实证分析,对劳动教育课提出完善及提升课程实效的五大举措:价值目标导向,实现多元化课程设计;重视思想实践,树立现代自主劳动观;渐进启发教育,重构人本劳动思维;规范制度执行,精进培育工匠精神;朋辈自主管理,引导传承劳动文化。
Labor education is a new development of Marxist labor values,and it reflects the requirements of value education,the demand of vocational ability cultivation with“craftsman spirit”as the core,and the demand of talent cultivation under the background of“new engineering”.As the core carrier of the implementation and development of labor education in colleges and universities,Guangdong-Taiwan College of Industrial Science&Technology of Dongguan University of Technology aims at the value connotation of labor education and the mission of talent cultivation in colleges and universities,and implements the curriculum framework design through the six-year teaching practice of“STEP”labor education.From the perspective of value orientation,implementation,evaluation and effectiveness of labor education,SPSS empirical analysis is carried out,and five measures are put forward to improve and enhance the effectiveness of labor education:value goal orientation to achieve diversified curriculum design;attaching importance to ideological practice,setting up modern independent labor concept;enlightening education gradually,reconstructing humanistic labor thinking;standardizing the implementation of systems,fostering the spirit of craftsmanship;guiding the inheritance of labor culture with peer independent management.
