荧光检测技术在水质检测中的应用

摘要 本文将对几种荧光检测技术的原理进行深入的分析以及了解,相关工作人员将根据实际情况对这些技术在检测水中的消毒剂消毒效果、生物细胞分析、离子浓度的测定以及微生物总量的解析等方面的使用、实施使用时的优点缺点进行总结。在水质分析过程中,合理有效地利用荧光检测技术,可以把荧光检测技术的功能完全展现出来,进而使得水质分析结果具有准确性和时效性。 In this article,an in-depth analysis and understanding of the mechanism of several fluorescence detection techniques will be conducted.The relevant staff will summarize the use of these techniques in the detection of disinfection effects of water disinfectants,biological cell analysis,determination of ion concentration,and interpretation of total microorganisms according to the actual situation,as well as the advantages and disadvantages of the use.In the process of water analysis,rational and effective use of fluorescence detection technology can fully display the functions of fluorescence detection technology,thereby achieving accurate and timely water analysis results.
